To loosen: If there is extra string beyond your knot, retie the knot closer to the end. If your knot is already at the end of your elastic, replace it with a longer string. If you need to tighten: tie an extra knot below the first one. Pack the excess elastic inside the torso. I don't recommend cutting the string to make it shorter in case you need to make further adjustments later.balljointedwomanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01335507007679704323noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5578199390588638100.post-49181176898298447362020-03-09T14:57:19.161-04:002020-03-09T14:57:19.161-04:00Having trouble stringing doll the leggs keep buck...Having trouble stringing doll the leggs keep buckling or not laying strightAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05352524530487623253noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5578199390588638100.post-37823343742019005572017-02-11T10:30:08.580-05:002017-02-11T10:30:08.580-05:00Loop your wire around the shorter string. Then pull the wire up from the bottom of the torso and bring it out one arm (as shown). I used this method because it's the one on Unoa's instruction sheet. It's actually easier to thread the string through one arm hole and out the other. Just make sure to keep your knot inside the torso when you add the arm parts. If it ends up in one of the arms it can interfere with the arm's movement.balljointedwomanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01335507007679704323noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5578199390588638100.post-20490123184085709582017-02-11T07:43:48.407-05:002017-02-11T07:43:48.407-05:00I'm still confused how you attached the arms s...I'm still confused how you attached the arms since you never show how exactly to go through it.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14424821560981483320noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5578199390588638100.post-2710352995041896412015-08-05T19:35:20.102-04:002015-08-05T19:35:20.102-04:00Oh my goodness, thank you for this. The little balls had not been attached to the tops of his thighs, and so I have not played with him nearly as much as I'd like because they kept coming off. I needed to make sure that they could be fixed to the thigh without interfering with his mobility! ^^;; Miss Allisterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01594068090222263096noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5578199390588638100.post-60142714514474548162015-01-05T16:01:58.633-05:002015-01-05T16:01:58.633-05:00Thanks for your suggestion J'el B'r. I believe there is an open order period underway for these girls in a new resin color, which replaces the original color. I'm not sure of the current price. It will be expressed in Japanese Yen, which you will need to convert to your currency. There are online sites that will do this for you. You can also look on ebay to find one that is already put together.
